Troubleshooting
When something does not look right, start with what you see. Most problems on 4Search have a short fix, and the page often tells you what to do. The table below sends you to the right article.

#Four quick checks first
These solve a large share of problems.
- Reload the page. Many messages clear on a second try.
- Read the message on the page. Messages on 4Search say what happened and what to try. The articles above explain each one.
- Try without extensions. Content blockers and privacy extensions can stop parts of a page from loading. Try a private window, or turn the extension off for this site.
- Check your privacy choices. Some features need a choice from you, such as AI answers or saved lists. Open the shield button at the bottom left and look. See Your privacy choices.

4Search links to other sites and does not control them. Contact the store or site directly. For a wrong price or listing on a 4Search Shopping page, tell us which store and product, and when you saw it.
